The Research On Development Model Of Low-Income Housing Of Sanya

Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy, the program of housing system in China has dramatically changed. There has a large number of market demand, result of the residents can’t afford the high prices. However, according to the experiences of other countries, the housing system is related to our social and lives, the government need to build the low-income housing system to solve this problem. Therefore, how to developing the low-income housing system has become an important public issues to our government.Firstly, this paper should define many concepts such as the low-income housing system, the market failure and the welfare state theory which are related with this paper. And then review the development of low-income housing system in China, according to the current situations of low-income housing system, choosing Beijing, Xiamen and Chongqing to analyze the low-income housing development model in the three regions. This paper has found that the three regions have different characteristics in land supply, construction management and distribution regulation. Last but not least, the paper reviews Sanya current situation of low-income housing system and points out there are some problems such as the limited of protection scope, distribution mechanism is not comprehensive and poor dissemination of information. Above all, we can draw the conclusion that Sanya government should support the works about the protection scopes, the supervision mechanism, the exit mechanism and the building of legal system.
