Since American Express Company established the world’s first formal pension scheme in1875, the enterprise pension gained rapid development in the world in more than100years. In contrast, the development of China’s Enterprise Pension is slow and still at a low level stage. The reason is that because troubled by many factors, the utility of enterprise pension in protection, incentives and distribution is far from played out. In this case, study the impact of enterprise pension factors affecting the effectiveness of play, becomes a top priority.This paper is based on enterprise’s reality, focus on micro-factors that influence the play of enterprise pension utility for analysis. Chapter1, Introduction, discusses the topics of the research background, research significance, analysis of the status quo at home and abroad, and the goal of this study, research contents and methods; Chapter2discusses the research foundation, including the theoretical basis for analysis,the definition of enterprise pension utility, as well as a collection of factors affecting the utility play of enterprise pension get from a comprehensive analysis; Chapter3, basic information on the C’s are introduced, mainly corporate profile and corporate pension profile, While using the way of investigation questionnaire to understand C’s enterprise pension utility situation and evaluating; Chapter4analysis the factors affecting the utility play of enterprise pension in C through the method of integrating theory with practice, respectively,on the factors of enterprise pension governance and run that affect the utility of play, the factors of human resource management system that affect the utility of enterprise pension play, factors in other enterprise systems affect the utility of play are analyzed; Chapter5, propose corresponding suggestions to make C’s enterprise pension perfect and maximize the utility of play, respectively, from the enterprise pension level, human resource management system level and other aspects of business,and the macro-policy level.This paper argues that to promote the development and utility of enterprise pension in practice, merely concerned about the macro policy level is not achievabel, to improve the company’s own conditions and basic system construction, is equally important. In addition to the factors of macro policy level, the enterprise’s situation, including business conditions and employees’will; human resources management situation, including the pay system and corporate culture; and enterprise pension to their situation, including governance structure, the governance body’s performance, pension replacement rate, payment method and investment income, will affect the utility of enterprise pension. Impact is good or bad due to the specific circumstances in which these factors exist. Utility of an enterprise pension is a combination of these factors results.
