Analysis Of Affecting Factors Of The Safe Training Of The Special Operating Miner And Study Of Intervention

Starting from the current phenomena of unsatisfactory results of safety training of miner in the coal mine enterprise, through empirical study,explore the key factors affecting safety training.Taking special type of workers in the coal mine enterprise as research object,work out the questionnaire of factors affecting safety training results and effectiveness of training,carry out the pretest,analyse the items of the questionnaire with the method of independent samples T-test. analyse the structure validity and content validity of the questionnaire with the method of factor analysis and correlation analysis, also analyse the reliability of the questionnaire withαcoefficient and the questionnaire shows better reliability.Through the analysis of the formal questionnaire, identify the relationship between the effectiveness of training and affecting factors,release the countermeasures aimed at the training institutions and the coal mine enterprise: using various flexible training methods:content of the training closely connected with the fact,enhance the construction procession of trainers, create the culture of safety training, enhance the atmosphere of training change,introduce the non-system training,improve the environment in order to enhance the effectiveness of training activities to the greatest extent.
