The rapid development of information technology in today’s society and to highlight the growing economic globalization, knowledge has become dominant in this era, intellectual capital into the operation of the enterprise to highlight its key competitive advantages, thus, creating intellectual capital knowledge management in the enterprise to create their own the core competitiveness of the process play a vital role. For knowledge management is concerned, to build an open collaboration culture of knowledge sharing is the key factor in successful implementation. However, enterprises in the process of knowledge management, knowledge sharing is often facing a "dilemma" problem, and knowledge management throughout the whole story, as the implementation of knowledge management, the biggest obstacle to landing, so the operation is necessary to resolve the process of knowledge management in the main, the object the existence of contradictions, organizational incentive model is the way to integration and innovation.Enterprise performance evaluation with the socio-economic development is rising and the changes in the current era of knowledge economy, knowledge management is recognized as an essential element of corporate performance evaluation. Many organizations have started to adapt to the economic development of knowledge management, however, companies in the implementation of knowledge management process is often caught in a variety of difficulties. The impact on business performance is also increasingly turned to the study of knowledge management implementation in the process of planning and design of enterprise incentive level up.Summary of knowledge management through the theoretical basis under the incentive mechanism, the paper discusses the knowledge management characteristics of knowledge workers under the proposed incentive mechanism under the knowledge management design purposes, principles and ideas, under the business goals of knowledge management mechanism, the induction mechanism, individual mechanisms, distribution mechanisms, behavioral regulatory mechanisms and information exchange mechanisms, summed up a complete set of knowledge management-driven organizational incentives framework.Paper is divided into six parts. Chapter1Introduction, under the management of corporate knowledge and innovative incentives targeting, coverage of the study purpose, significance, research ideas and methods. Chapter II Theoretical analysis of knowledge management, through the well-known scholars on the study of knowledge management, knowledge of modern business management objectives and positioning, the proposed definition of knowledge management, knowledge management characteristics, knowledge management principles, etc., provide incentives for knowledge management support for the basic theory. Chapter III of the incentive theory of knowledge management business analysis, summarized incentives at home and abroad about the status of theoretical research, knowledge management theory, motivation theory and the relationship between knowledge management practices, knowledge management as an incentive to build the basic framework of the theory. Chapter based on knowledge management and incentive mechanism design of the system, describes knowledge management incentive mechanism is designed to; enterprise knowledge management environment, the characteristics of knowledge workers; knowledge management incentive mechanism design principles and basic ideas; details the incentive mechanism and enterprise knowledge management system design content, and specific analysis. Chapter empirical research by the company in Xiamen City, A cabinet status and the crux of knowledge management analysis presented in this paper the use of incentives, according to the fourth chapter of the incentive mechanism and system design principles and specific content of the questionnaire with the results summarized, designed a knowledge management for the enterprise incentive compensation systems, training incentive structure, culture and knowledge-based incentive system, employees motivation, career planning system, and to use these systems to knowledge management. Proven that the proposed incentive mechanism and enterprise knowledge management system design is reasonable, the enterprise knowledge management can have a positive effect. Chapter VI of enterprise knowledge management incentives summary and outlook, pointed out some shortcomings of this study, mainly in the lack of practical experience, theoretical system on there are some loopholes.This paper discusses the goal is to build a knowledge management company for a new model of incentives, thus achieving improved organizational performance incentives, the various parts of the study and practice, from macro to micro, enterprise knowledge management-based incentives and method of in-depth analysis of the theory and practice, a very positive incentive to explore the economic use of resources, methods, thus contributing to the company’s knowledge management strategy and objectives are achieved, enhance the core competitiveness can not be copied.
