Along with the government affordable housing Policy unfolds and continuous tightening monetary Policy, the real estate industry in Chinese overall upgrade0Now, the real estate enterprises will face harder living environment——the industry profit level will be normal, and the great transformation of industrial development will move towards norms. The real estate enterprise core competitiveness has gradually transform from resource-based for efficient in management model, human resources advantage becomes real estate enterprises key factors, and talent strategic role becomes more and more important.Real estate industry competition intensifies, enterprises and the rapid expansion of real estate enterprise’s core competitive ability already gradually from the Project resources into management efficiency, past vulgar management already can not adapt to the future of specialization and intensification of requirements. On the basis of application of compensation theory, the paper studies compensation satisfactory of the employee of one real estate company in Nanjing with the characteristics of the industry and staffs being taken into consideration. A total of97usable responses were received out of a sample of93, representing a95.87%response rate. Statistical software was used for analysis.The results are as following:(1) Overall compensation satisfactory in ZH real estate is not high(2) The factors that influence the compensation satisfactory include compensation composition, compensation level, and so on(3) An obvious difference of compensation satisfactory index based on employee’s backgrounds(4))There is need and choice preference from the employees for the non-economy compensation but there are less related Policies in the company.(5) The different education level of the employees will result in different compensation satisfactory With the application of compensation incentive and compensation satisfactory theory and the survey result, the paper tries to give suggestions about the satisfaction with the salary, and other ideas to improve the satisfaction.
