Research On Logistics Cost Management In HL Company

Firstly, from the import ant position of the logistics cost control in the enterprise logistics control activities, this paper makes an effective analysis of the existing logistics cost control in HL company from the aspect of the entire supply chain based on the results of the logistics cost control and integrating the thoughts and theories of the supply chain cost control. Although HL company has done some improvements in the control of logistics and supply chain costs, with the economy developing, more attention should be paid to the supply chain cost control to promote and perfect the company’s method of managing and controlling the logistics cost and optimize the cost through the supply chain cost control.Secondly, this paper uses contrastive analysis method to analyze the relationship between the logistics and e-commerce and traditional commerce. Besides, this paper also analyzes and studies the foundation and operation of integrated supply chain logistics control mode. Based on the relationship between the supply chain and logistics,this paper states the formation and development of the supply chain cost control and aims to optimize the cost and increase the advantage of reducing cost through studying the method of HL company’s supply chain logistics control. Based on this, this paper analyzes the specific situation of the HL company’s logistics control and attempts to resolve the difficulties of logistics cost control in order to facilitate the formation of basic idea and system of supply chain cost control and effectively designs the operation program of its supply chain cost d control to reduce the enterprise’s expenses at the stage of the project and product design-production, suppliers-manufacturers, manufacturers-agents, logistics.Finally, this paper discusses the method of the logistics cost control to effectively resolve the logistics supply chain control problem in e-commerce. At last, this paper gives specific suggestions of the optimization of logistics cost control for HL company in the formation of supply chain logistics cost control system, the introduction of advanced logistics cost control concept and advanced logistics cost control method.
