A large number of enterprises has working in the information projects, including the large equipment manufacturing industry, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile and other manufacturing industries, even to financial, logistics and other services industries. However, during the information construction process, most company has lost in deep mire, too much financial burden and from the culture’s prevent, the information project has so many risks.This paper from the view of the enterprise, through analysing the other scholars’ research, looking the informatization project’s life cycle as the main line, combed risks in the enterprise information projects. Using the method of barb figure to make these risk factors in different kind, Refined thirty risk factors about enterprise informatization projects. Moreover I designed a questionnaire about the enterprise information project’s risk factor, through the empirical method, tried to objectively and real reaction the information project’s risks, broke through the most scholar’s analysis using the theory method.At present the enterprise information project risk assessment is the main method of analytic hierarchy process, including risk matrix, and risk matrix with the combination of Borda method, etc. In recent years, the bayesian network has large applicated in the field of artificial intelligence and data mining, this article use the bayesian networks to analysis the enterprise information project’s risk. Bayesian network not only can analysis the small sample data, but also could consider the node’s causality, it’s quit suit for analyzing the project lack history data like the enterprise information project. Through using questionnaire survey to the Foxconn, BYD, Intel and other enterprises, obtained the sample data for risk assessment, depend on the experts knowledge to set bayesian networks model, respectively got three stage’s network model, then using the GeNIe2.0software to parameters study, so we can got every node’s value, then we can got risk factor’s risk level, I point some method for the main risk factors. Depend on dividing the life cycle, each cycle’s risk factors can be evaluated and controlled, that avoid risks through a phase flow into another stage, to avoid the risk cumulative effect. The risk analysis result of this paper can help the enterprise to increase understanding of the risk information projects, and deeply hope this paper can bring more help to our enterprise.
