Issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers are related to China’s reformand opening up and socialist modernization. Currently, shortage of supply of rural financeis becoming one of the bottlenecks which hinder the development pace of agriculture,countryside and farmers. The appearance of rural bank which marks the new stage ofreform of rural financial market is an important breakthrough of rural finance reform. Onthe premise of healthy and sustainable development, rural bank would fill the voids andpromote the competition in rural financial market. The healthy and sustainabledevelopment of rural banks can optimize the market structure of rural finance, so thatactivate rural financial market and form diversified and competitive rural financial servicesystem,and also make practical contribution to the industrialization of agriculture andagricultural modernization. Nowadays, study the problems about the development ofChina’s rural banks and how to achieve its healthy and sustainable development, it havegreat strategic significance.On the basis of summing up the research at home and abroad, in-depth analysis of thecurrent development of China’s rural banks, use comparative analysis, case analysis andfinancial analysis compare to other financial institutions; discuss the problem such asmarket positioning, its management, supporting systems and measures, external serviceenvironment and financial regulation objectively and comprehensively in the developmentprocess of rural banks, and then learn from foreign successful experience actively, on thebasis of above analysis, this part make some practical suggestions and measures to promotethe healthy and sustainable development of rural bank.
