| In April2011, the sixth national census data released by National Bureau of Statistics shows that population aged60and above accounted for13.26percent of China’s total population.The problem of aging population is very serious.Moreover, during the period of the12th Five-Year Plan,with the arrival of the first growth peak,the process of population aging will further accelerate. At the same time,there are some questions which cause pension issues increasingly serious,such as, unperfect age security system,undergoing profound changes in family structure. So,to improve a complete age-security system and pull in a new age security are particularly necessary.Housing endowment is an important complement to social security system,which main operation is housing reverse mortgage.And the housing reverse mortgage has been adopted by most developed countries.In our country,the academic community carried out explore about the mode of housing endowment. Part of the cities started pilots.
