Effect Analysis Of Enterprise Net-work Spatial Economic Structure

This study focused on enterprise network on spatial economic structure, thus can not be avoided to sum up the essence of enterprise network. Most viewpoint thinks the enterprise network is different from the market and enterprise’s flexible organization, to comprehensive market and the advantage of the enterprise. This paper do not think so, with the help of Mr. Zhang Wuchang’s view:the essence of the enterprise is the intermediate product in the labour market to replace the intermediate product market. The enterprise is not contrary to the market existence, but in a market to replace another kind of market. Based on this point of view, from the angle of division of labor and specialization, the author thinks the enterprise network provides a solution:the use of lower transaction costs to complete the social division of labor, promote the fine division of labor, improve labor productivity. Therefore the enterprise network is:is in the form of various enterprises to maintain a certain strength of sustained contact nodes, such sustained contact from the instability of the market, its essence is the advanced form of economic organization, is the advanced form of organization of division of labor, is the single form of enterprise development.Is the enterprise and enterprise networks belonging to different forms of economic organization, enterprise network is for the development of enterprises. Recognize the essence of enterprise network, and then the author acts from the enterprise sets out, analyse its marginal connection cost and profit, have the following conclusions:the enterprise network is connected with the marginal cost and the distance, proportional to marginal revenue; coupled with its connection number increments, with the network connection number decline.
