Evaluation Analysis On The Urban Bearing Capacity Of Land Resources Of Chizhou

In the21century, the social development and progress in a fast speed, we are faced with many problems in the fields of the resources, economic, ecological and population. And the land as a kind resources which we can’t move is the carrier of the development of human society.In a certain area and time period, the bearing capacity of land is a maximum. So the study of the bearing capacity of land resources is very necessary and meaningful.Chizhou is located in the southwest of Anhui province, which is an important tourism and ecological city, also it is the first national ecological economy demonstration area of China. The current and future research on the bearing capacity of land in Chizhou is important to the rational development and utilization of land resources protection, the development of city construction, the improvement of environmental quality and reasonable of urban planning, and coordinating regional development, etc. This paper take Chizhou for an example, which is on the basis of the theory of sustainable development, that analyzes the factors which influence the bearing capacity of land resources of Chizhou, and it also calculates and evaluates the present and future situation of the bearing capacity of land resources in Chizhou. To the problems in study of bearing capacity of land resources in Chizhou, this paper provide an effective path which puts forward some countermeasures for the realization of sustainable utilization of land resources in Chizhou.The whole research is divided into three sections:The first part of chapter includes the first and second chapter, that mainly introduces the background and significance of the subject; The general situation of the study at home and abroad; Objective and content; Research methods and technical line; The main theoretical basis.The second part is including the third chapter and the fourth chapter. Take Chizhou of Anhui province as the research object, base on we have some knowledge of the natural environment, society, economy, and the ecological environment background in the study area, this paper develops a comprehensive evaluation index system of the bearing capacity of land resources, it takes the method of mean square error to calculate, analysis and evaluate bearing capacity of land resources of Chizhou. And it uses two exponential smoothing to analysis2015,2020,2025years’bearing capacity of land resources of Chizhou, which shows that bearing capacity of land resources has a gap to the ideal. At the same time, through to the change trend which gets from the present situation and predict the future of the bearing capacity of land, we find that the bearing capacity of land in Chizhou into a downward trend that explains the sustainable development of Chizhou has weakened. Through empirical analysis, we can see that from population, construction, economic and ecological environment these four aspects of the bearing capacity of land resources, we build a sustainable evaluation index system which could fully reflect the land using status and carrying capacity, regional land use change rules and trend, that it helps to research sustainable development of Chizhou.Finally, this paper put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the bearing capacity of land resources of Chizhou.
