The Research Of Towns’ Development In Guangshui

China’s economy has entered a period of rapid growth after30years’ reformation and external liberalization. Economic aggregate and productivity of labor have a vigorous growth, and the industrial structure is kept on optimizing. There are also some great changes among economy, population and space distribution of cities. The coordinated and balanced development between mega polis and small cities is a minutia of Chinese-style urbanization. The small city which is the tie of Cities and Villages plays an important role in urbanization and village construction.The consideration of this article is the small cities. With the help of home and abroad correlation theories, I use the way of qualitative and quantitative analysis to make a comparison to the different times’developing states and the dissimilarities of different towns. After the analysis and evaluation of Guangshui’s present state and the background, I find the problem and the disadvantages in the last decades’development, and also the pending issues and constraint of Guangshui.The economic aggregate of Guangshui is not enough, great discrepancy of economic development exist among different villages and towns. There are several of problems on the way of small countries’development. Such as illogical management and planning, construction of infrastructural facilities is not all-inclusive. The structure of production level is low, the insufficient attraction to the surplus labor and so on.In view of existing situation, based on the present state and the background of Guangshui, I analyzed the strategies, government policies and the prioritized developing programme. In that way, I find the task objects and the countermeasures of Guangshui to ensure a better development. Such as industry construction, two type agriculture construction and the development of culture-oriented scenery spot and so on.
