According to the world tourism organization, Chinese international tourists will reach137million in2020, and will become the biggest tourist destination country. At the same time, our outbound tourists will break through the hundred million. Also the international development of tourism reflects in Chinese tourism enterprises "go out" to participate in international competition. Chinese tourism is more and more international. Tourism international development makes more and more people from different cultures meet. The differences between the people related to tourism and the international tourists are not just limited to language, clothing, food, and including nonverbal behavior, values, ways of thinking, aesthetic temperament and interest, moral sentiment, religious belief and other deep cultural factors. These cultural differences are the potential foundation of culture conflict and the misunderstanding in the tourism activities. Because of cultural difference, a kind of behavior or phenomenon can be regarded as normal in a culture group but may not be accepted in other cultural groups. Therefore, tourism manager and server and other relevant tourism personnel must research, and are familiar with their own culture, know the difference to set a series of measures to ensure the healthy development of international tourism.This paper mainly analyzes the cultural factors to the influence of tourism activities from the cross-cultural view. In view of China’s tourism international problems the conclusions are integrate with tourism planning and tourism planning research to bring forward our national tourism internationalization healthy, sustainable development strategy. The structure of the article includes5parts:Part1:introduction. This chapter mainly introduces the research background, the research significance, the research situation at home and abroad, the content and the innovation points, etc.Part2:introduction to the theory of cross-cultural tourism. This chapter describes the cross-cultural tourism concept and the research scope, types and characteristics, contents and cultural consequences.Part3:the impacts and performance of cross-cultural difference in tourism activities. This chapter analyzes the influence to tourism activities and performance because of the cultural difference for tourism operators culture group to push some corresponding strategies.Part4:the application of the cross-cultural tourism theory in the development of the tourism industry internationalization. This chapter is the innovation point of the full text, which puts forward the development strategy of Chinese tourism industry internationalization combined the theory of part3with tourism plan, tourism management.Part5:conclusion and prospect. This chapter summarizes the conclusions, and expects cross-cultural tourism theory study more mature in China.
