| With the development of economic globalization, there are more and more multinational companies in this world, where management environment changes even more intricate, so cross-culture management gradually becomes a nucleal problem increasingly during multinational operations. The success in the international terrain depends on the ability of the management of poly-elemental culture to a great extent. Along with Chinese MNCs going into overseas market, we must face more and more cultural difference, which may be give MNCs predominances, but huge ventures. Because Chinese MNCs are companies which have not enough experience and short time to grow, what's more important, management is influenced by our traditional culture deeply, so Chinese MNCs still have not set up completely system of cross-culture management of international enterprise. How to understand cultural difference, how to treat cultural difference as a series of challenges and opportunities, and how to improve level of cross-culture management in Chinese MNCs, what are important problems which must need us to think and solve .When composing this dissertation, the author reads a large number of books about cross-culture management and management of international enterprises, and refers to some cases of Chinese MNCs. During the research, some methods of studying frame of reference and demonstration are adopted. The author brings forward some opinions about cross-culture management through hunting after problems which exist in Chinese MNCs.This dissertation is divided into six parts. The first part puts forward problems and significance of studying, besides of introducing actuality of research and main content. The second part depicts culture generally, and analyses the relations between culture and management. The third part defines MNCs clearly ,analyses economic globalization which gives MNCs management some challenges, and demonstrates that cross-culture management is necessary to choose for transnational enterprises. The forth part introduces the definition of cultural difference, finds out the matter of cultural difference between the east and the west, and these cultural differences affect transnational operations. The fifth part describes cross-culture management in Chinese MNCs, and introduces actuality and problems when Chinese MNCs have been developing overseas market. The last part exoatiates on putting some principle and maneuvers in practice in Chinese MNCs.The innovation of this dissertation is embodied two facets, one analyses significance of MNCs and problems of cross-culture management happens to the Chinese MNCs, the other brings forward some operable principle and maneuvers according to howmatters stand in Chinese MNCs. |
