The construction of urban infrastructure is the foundation of urbandevelopment and an important part of competitiveness of urban-building. With theconstant development of Chinese national economy and the continuousimprovement of people’s living standards, which makes urban residents set higherrequirements for the operation of regulatory standards of the urban infrastructure.Therefore, the establishment of a scientific and efficient system of the operationaland regulatory urban infrastructure is to speed up the urgent task facing Chineseurban development and urbanization.
