December32008, China Netcom kaifeng branch and China Unicom kaifeng branch merged andgave birth a new company which named China Unicom Kaifeng branch. Four years hard trip, the newcompany overcame all difficulties. Though the restructure of personnel arrangement, organization structure,business management, and other aspects of the fusion, new kaifeng branch set up in front of everyone. Thisis a milestone of the telecommunications market. But, the problems of merger restructuring is inevitable,two enterprise integration in the process of enterprise culture conflict is the most obvious fusion, and eachtime the telecom industry reform, reorganization will accompany the adjustment of the enterprise culture,this time the original China Netcom Kaifeng branch and the original China Unicom internal fusion processthe cultural conflict will become the two companies depth the key problems of the fusion.This thesis is based on current situation of China Unicom Kaifeng branch. This dissertationadopts normative method and researches with a logic frame of problem solving approach to deal with theproblem of corporate culture management system construction of China Unicom Kaifeng Branch. Thisthesis altogether is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction which mainly introduces background and significant of thisthesis.The second chapter analyzes the current situation and necessity of corporate culture construction.The third chapter analyzes the problem and crux of construction process.The fourth chapter states the thinking and strategy of corporate culture constructionThe fifth chapter introduces optimal enforcement of corporate culture constructionBased on the author’s own experience, related theory and method, this thesis puts forward thesuggestions about existing problems of enterprise culture construction system of China Unicom Kaifengbranch, its conclusions and recommendations has a practical applicability and pertinence.This thesis that can be used as a China Unicom Kaifeng branch enterprise culture constructiondecisions on puts forward the construction of enterprise culture integration and analysis recommendations.It has certain reference value to strength the competitive power of enterprise China Unicom Kaifeng branch enterprise culture construction.
