In recent years, the issue of Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers has been the focus of attention ofthe community sessions, the key to the problem of “Three Rural” is the farmers which depends on theoverall quality of farmers. Because of the rural population of our country is numerous, which hides a largenumber of rural labor force resource that have not been effective development, and one of the effectivemethods to develop the rural labor force is training. Carrying out effective training for the rural labor forceis the foundation of improving the quality of rural labor force, realizing effective transfer and sustainablesocial development.The paper use the method of theory and empirical research, take the rural labor force trainingmanagement institutions, training institutions and the trainee of A County as research object. Thetheoretical basis of this article are human capital theory, training transformation theory, training demandanalysis theory and so on. Constructing the rural labor training effectiveness evaluation index system, toinvestigate and analyze the impact of the training effectiveness of the rural labor force training, and putforward some countermeasures.This article is divided into four parts:The first part describes the research background, the research significance, the literature review, thecore concepts, the research methods, the research ideas and the research framework.The second part describes the status of the rural labor force training and the theory of trainingeffectiveness. According to the construction principle and the construction gist, establish the trainingeffectiveness evaluation index system.The third part mainly introduces the investigation of the rural labor force training effectiveness. Makean attribution analysis of the existent problems in the rural labor force training through empiricalinvestigation of A County.The fourth part put forward the countermeasures of strengthening of rural labor force trainingeffectiveness, they include the aspect of training institutions, training fundings, training needs, trainingresources, training propaganda and training evaluation.
