China’s foreign trade development in the trend of economic globalization and regional economicintegration, won the world’s total foreign trade is a good result. With the continuous increase of the degreeof reform and opening up, China’s economic growth, foreign investment, foreign trade dependence andother data on various aspects, the role of international trade to enhance economic strength of China issignificant. China is a developing country, international trade relations with the sustainable development ofthe national economy and society, people’s livelihood, but also as an important indicator to measure acountry’s overall national strength.China’s trade and foreign investment have achieved a high degree ofdevelopment in recent years. This article is focused on trade of Central Plains Economic Zone, theperformance as well as the data to study the role and status of foreign economic construction in the CentralPlains Economic Zone actively.The development of the Central Plains Economic Zone through the development of foreign trade,to promote the optimal allocation of resources, foreign trade development of this platform for theconstruction of the central zone of the region as a whole provide a basis. He Nan Province, as the majorregions of the Central Plains Economic Zone and core areas, in-depth research in the province in terms offoreign trade development shortcomings and problems, to address these deficiencies in order to build astrategic plan of the development of foreign trade of the Central Plains Economic Zone, so as tofundamentally accelerate the Central Plains Economic Zone development of foreign trade economic zone.Central Plains Economic Zone is the He Nan Province as the main body from the location in thecenter of the country, and covers the peripheral part of the region, has unique advantages and distinctivefeatures, not complex with other regional economic interdependence, Its scope, including He NanProvince,Yun Cheng, Jin Cheng, Chang Zhi in Shan Xi Province,Fu Yang, Huai Bei, Bo Zhou in An HuiProvince,Liao Cheng, He Ze in Shan Dong Province,Han Dan, Xing Tai in He Bei Province,these areas aredensely populated areas.Natural endowments and factor endowments on the start of the new trade theory and theintegration of the new geographical economics, trade generated reasons, Description of the naturalgeographical environment and human geography environment in the Central Plains Economic Zone to show the advantages of the economic zone, as well as import and export trade, dependence on foreign trade,export dependence and data analysis, and the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone of the Yangtze River DeltaEconomic Zone and the three provinces in Northeast China, to understand the gap between the CentralPlains Economic Zone and other economic zones.Both more abundant resources of the Central Plains Economic Zone, a distinct geographicalenvironment, and has the obvious advantage of the traffic, but the economic competitiveness of the decline,so can take advantage of the region rich resources, convenient transportation environment, theircomparative advantages, strengthen the extent of trade, strengthen the idea of division of laborconsciousness of the surrounding economic zone, while promoting regional economic integration,economic and social development in He Nan Province.In this paper, data from2006to2010Empirical Analysis of Foreign Trade and Central PlainsEconomic Zone, focus on the dependence on foreign trade in the region in recent years, the size andstructure of foreign trade analysis.Summed up the Central Plains Economic Zone GDP is high, but due toits large population, low per capita level, in the case of high fiscal revenue, the per capita revenue is evenlower, foreign trade is not the total economy the main part, reflects the foreign-invested very little and sothese conditions, the Government needs to put forward good policy to be improved increasing the degree ofopening is an important part of the development of the central zone. Finally the development of the centralzone of national food security, the "Three Rural Issues", the national, regional layout of great significance.
