Study On Performance Management System Construction And Implementation Of Sunan Salt Industry Trad Company

As the salt industry enterprises have been managed by a salt monopoly system for long time, the Performance Management is not in the scope of the management. As a result, strategy of market competition is lack and the enterprises have a very slow pace of development. Along with the reform of the field, it is really important and necessary to establish the Performance Management System for the salt industry enterprises in order to elevate the performance of enterprises and the capability of market competition.In this thesis, the Sunan Salt Industry Trade Company is used as the object of study. Based on the theories of the Performance Management, the current state of performance management (or lack of) in the Sunan Salt Industry Trade Company is analyzed. The thesis designs a plan for an all new performance management to fulfill the need of the future development of the company.The Performance Management System includes all of the followings:the goals and thoughts, organization system, staff training, process methods, performance indicator system, the criteria of assessment and evaluation, and performance feedback. To implement the performance management system, assuring all staff participation, perfecting the operation and serial system, reforming salary motivation system, establishing performance feedback as well as others related areas are fully covered in the thesis.Combining the theory and the facts, from finding the problems to analyzing and solving the problems, we conclude that the competitiveness of enterprises will be improved with the introduction of The Performance Management System and the reformation of the structure. The strategic goal of Sunan Salt Industry Trade Company will be well accomplished.
