The Research Of Animal Husbandry Social Service System In The Northwest Minority Areas Based On Cooperation Organization

The management capacity of Chinese farm families in northwest minority regions is dispersed,weak and small scale, and it is difficult to compete in the market effectively.In the new historical conditions, the government has certain advantages resources, but can not provide good services to the decentralized form of management to the farm household.The agriculture and animal husbandry technology extension system can’t make sense because dispersion, and it is also hindered the development of agricultural production and to adapt to the market, so the problems about agricultural social service placed in a primary position in the economic development.This paper studies the construction issue in northwest minority areas about new animal husbandry socialization service system,in case of Gannan Tibetan autonomous region in Gansu province, analysis the present development situation and service need of dispersed animal husbandry family in the east of qinghai-tibet plateau and how to promote the development of animal husbandry cooperatives to make cooperation organization play a based role in the animal husbandry services.in order to establish a real sense of socialization service system of animal husbandry. Some methods and tools including field surveys, in-home visits, questionnairy are employed to find out the real needs of farmers on animal husbandry services, analysis essential characteristics of government, enterprises and cooperatives, and then analyze characteristics of various animal husbandry services.analysis the characteristics of various types of animal husbandry services, governance theory as a guide specific analysis the principal roles and the relationship between government, enterprises and cooperatives. Then through the evaluation of service performance mechanism to promote the development of livestock cooperatives, make the cooperatives play a fundamental role in the new service system.
