| As the country’s financial crisis intensifies, the production of many domestic industries has shown certain stagnation or decline in the prevalence of domestic inflationary pressures and tightening condition of financial market risks, while the bio-pharmaceutical industry has been developing rapidly because of the increasing funding in biotechnology and biopharmaceutical research, and the biopharmaceutical industry has an important position in China’s economic development. In this paper, we launch the Company B’s customer satisfaction research to expand the analysis of Company B’s customer satisfaction level combined with the specific influence the customer satisfaction has on the enterprises, to look for efforts to enhance the Company B customer satisfaction feasible path and promote the development of related industries better.In this paper, we could initially clear the formation mechanism of customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction level and initially establish indicators and processes in the analysis of enterprise customer satisfaction through combining the domestic and international customer satisfaction research, laying the foundation for customer satisfaction analysis in B Company. At the same time, considering the special environment of the development of bio-pharmaceutical companies, we introduce the theory of customer database and database marketing and make sure that Company B focus on the introduction of database marketing to strengthen customer relationship management and improve customer satisfaction in the future development, enhancing the Company B customer satisfaction. As a result, we will laid the theoretical basis for a more comprehensive and practical significance. This study will mainly focus on the B company of biopharmaceutical industry to analyze clearly the important influence the CRM and customer satisfaction have on the company in the current formation of the B-company value chain; we will get customer satisfaction survey indicators and questionnaires of Company B, and put forwards the inadequacies and the main direction of improving customer satisfaction; we will introduce the theoretical knowledge of customer satisfaction and database marketing to initially clear the working direction of company B and the need for preparatory work. And then, we will build an environment of improving the customer satisfaction based on the database countering the main influence factors of company B’s customer satisfaction level after laying a firm foundation. Finally, we will accomplish the establishment of the forecast and research mechanism based on database resources, and it will raise the overall forecast of customer demand and customer satisfaction management and enhance customer satisfaction more efficiently. In a Summary,we will make it clear that the China’s biopharmaceutical companies should pay more efforts to develop and use the database marketing model to improve the CRM and customer satisfaction level, for the expect of expressing the significance of this paper and leading the development and progress of China’s biopharmaceutical industry. |
