"Separation of hospitals and medicine" became stronger with the rounds of documents issued by the Department of state.The outflow of prescriptions from hospital diversion to retail pharmacy sales will be the trend in the coming years.According to China medical network data,disorderly and unsystematic retail pharmacies form brand distribution in various provinces and cities in China,a total of 43258,the market pattern is scattered and brand mixed.With the introduction of the concept of "separation of hospitals and medicine ",each well-known brand pharmacy intensifies competition,and its management model is gradually transformed accordingly.If only by virtue of the sales promotion of the traditional model has not enough to seize the consumer psychology,from the aspects of other consumer satisfaction or grasp consumer behavior psychology to become a key initiative to win the market of retail pharmacies.The Chinese policy continuously improved,Chinese consumer concept update features,and the retail enterprise management features,makes the consumer/patient satisfaction with retail pharmacy services and other aspects of the low brand loyalty is almost impossible.At the same time,the retail pharmacy's market sales model,service levels and other aspects are similar.As the leader of retail pharmacies in Shanghai,Huashi Pharmacy promote patient/consumer satisfaction is a necessary source of power to capture the market.On the basis of literature research and analysis,using questionnaire method,found that patients of Huashi Pharmacy consumer experience is not ideal,including pharmacy service quality,pharmacists professional degree and post-consumer tracking etc..The Huashi Pharmacy lacks the necessary understanding of the methods and channels for improving patient needs.Therefore,this paper aims to study how to improve consumer satisfaction with Huashi Pharmacy,related foreign retail pharmacies outstanding case,in accordance with the specific characteristics of domestic retail pharmacy industry,the establishment of a series of patients based on the consumer experience the core value of the management reform of Huashi Pharmacy.
