Research On The LUCC By Remote Sensing And GIS

Land use and land cover change（LUCC） on is an important part and the core content ofthe changes in the world,it play an important role in its regional sustainable development andregional land management. Only by the analysis of the spatial and temporal changes of land use,can we get a better understanding of the process of land-use change and mechanisms, and byadjusting the human socio-economic activities, can we promote more rational land use to ensurethat the state’s macro strategic decision-making is targeted, effective, to achieve sustainable useof land resources purposes.In this paper,, based on a large number of collected data, we used GIS technology to do theland-use classification of the status quo the study area in1990and2010, and then select theappropriate mathematical model, land-use change model, we use the powerful GIS analysisfunctions, combined with EXCEL software of the study area for analysis of land-use conversion,land-use dynamic analysis and the evolution of spatial pattern analysis.The study area of this paper’s is the Sichuan Basin,where economic development is rapid,human activities is strong, land-use change is significantly, we analysed the area of land use/land cover patterns of1990and2010, studied the land-use change and driving factors.The studyfor the sustainable development of socio-economic area and similar areas of our research as wellas national and global studies of land-use change are all of important significance.
