There are many investigations which investigate the relation between socialnetwork and the development of company managers. These investigations discuss thefour dimensions of social network(Network Size; Network Density; NetworkHeterogeneity; Strength of Tie) and the influence in managers`development. Theinvestigations identify that the network really has advantage or disadvantageinfluence in managers`development(Liu Ning,2007).This paper suggests that theabove investigate results could be available to high-level management female inEnterprise.But until now, there is little specilist discuss such question: In the relationbetween social network and the growing of high-level management female inenterprise, whether there exits a third variable influent or moderate this relation. Thispaper suggests that “Agreeableness” is the third variable. The purpose of this paper isto investigate that the Agreeableness play a moderate role between network and thegrowing of high-level management female in enterprise, and to find the pattern whichAgreeableness influenting the relation between network and the growing of high-levelmanagement female in enterprise.This study used questionnaires to collect data, and analysised294helpfulquestionnaires by regression and other statistic ways. The conclusions of this studyare as follows:1.The Network Size play a partly positive role on the the growing ofhigh-level management female in enterprise.2.The Network Density play a negativerole on the the growing of high-level management female in enterprise.3.TheNetwork Heterogeneity play a positive role on the growing of high-level managementfemale in enterprise.4. The Strength of Tie play a partly positive role on the growingof high-level management female in enterprise.5.The Agreeableness play a partlymoderate role between Network and the growing of high-level management female inenterprise. This study aimed to explore the personality traits of agreeableness could play amoderate role between Network and the the growing of high-level managementfemale in enterprise. The practical significance of this article is as follows: Byexploring the moderate role of the Agreeableness, we could find the changing relationbetween Network and the growing of high-level management female in enterprise, sowhen deciding to employ, train, and promote high-level management female inenterprise, the company is not only to think about employees`network, but also tothink about employees`Agreeableness, so the company could choose, train, develop,store high quality human capital.
