High-tech Development Zone has initially formed the scale, after years of development. The preferential policies of High-tech Development Zone are good for the development of high-tech enterprises, but since the2008financial crisis, China’s economic situation is constantly changing, the interest rate is rising, the competition of market is increasingly fierce, the development of science and technology is more and more pieces, etc. Preferential policy advantage which high-tech enterprises are enjoying is losing, and profit space of high-tech enterprises is shrinking. High-tech enterprise are facing great opportunities and challenges, how to deal with them? Upgrade became the important strategic choice for high-tech enterprises.This study combs summary of domestic and foreign research achievements about social networks and enterprise upgrading, and finds social network being good for high-tech enterprise upgrading. Under the mechanism of cooperation, social network promotes resources acquisition which high-tech enterprises upgrading need the three key resources of talent, information and capital. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this study establishes a research model, high-tech enterprises as the research object, high-tech enterprises as the research sample in the High-tech Development Zone or industrial park of Hubei province, using SPSS17.0and AMOS7.0software demonstrate the social network of high-tech enterprises to upgrade.In this study, the main content is divided into six chapters, the chapter1: introduce the research background, research significance, the domestic and foreign related research status, research contents and research methods; Chapter2:definite the concept of social network, high-tech enterprise and high-tech enterprise upgrading; Chapter3:analysing the reason of high-tech enterprise upgrading finds that social network is an important way to promote high-tech enterprise upgrading, expound the mechanism which social network affect high-tech enterprise upgrading; Chapter4:Put forward the theoretical model and related assumptions which social network affects the high-tech enterprise upgrading; Chapter5: determine the research methods, enterprise samples, design of questionnaire, analysis reliability and validity of the questionnaire, structural equation model is established, the theoretical model is studied; Chapter6:summary for the full system, refining the full text of innovations, indicated the future research direction on the basis of existing research.Social network from two aspects of structure dimension and the relationship dimension promotes high-tech enterprise resource acquisition, promotes high-tech enterprise to upgrade. Finally, on the basis of the research conclusion of this research obtains some enlightenment, and puts forward some suggestions:high-tech enterprise upgrading want to succeed, you should actively build high-tech enterprise external social network, and give full play to the function of enterprise resources, strengthening the cooperation between nodes in network relationship.
