| Supply chain finance is a comprehensive innovation service which integrates of financial services and logistics services, because it’s not only solved the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises’ development fund bottleneck problems in the supply chain, but also greatly reduces the financial institutions for credit risk, improve logistics enterprise’s profit space, in recent years in our country, has got a dramatic development. But from the existing development situation, since supply chain finance which involves several industries, influenced by imbalance between the industry and industry, enterprise and enterprise development, and the problem of how to synchronization operation of the multiple enterprise in the same system, resulting in many issues in the supply chain finance system development. How to solve the internal development problems of this complex financial system, and how to ensure that each subsystem through their cooperation and exchanges reached system in space, time, function of the orderly structural problems, will become the focus of research content.Based on the theory of system, describes the internal main body of the supply chain finance system, the structure, the function and the characteristics of the system. The main body of which includes the financial institutions which main refer to bank, logistics enterprise, the core enterprise and small and medium-sized enterprise; According to the role of logistics enterprise in supply chain finance system, the system structure can be divided into principal-agent mode, unified credit mode and no logistics enterprises participated structure; The corresponding supply chain financial system function including financing service function, capital settlement, financial management and other middle financial service function; The characteristics of the system shown as integrity、mutualism with the external environment、self-interest information diversity and technical complexity. Based on the Synergetic Theory, analyzes the meaning, the target, the process, the dynamic mechanism, the content and the pattern of collaborative development of system, also gives the order parameter index namely economic benefits. Based on front results of study, firstly, establish the causal loop drawing of internal system coordinated process, then bulid system dynamics model of the coordinated development of three models respectively. Through the change of the value of the variable model, observe the relationship between variables and the collaborative degree, concluding the key link of the system coordinated development. At last, analyses the simulation results of the model and the game process between each main body in the system in detail. Finally from six aspects introduce the coordinated development strategy mechanism of the system including setting standard effective system support platform, based on the systematic management ideas, improve the level of cooperation between industries enterprise, design the coordination incentive mechanism between each subsystem application of advanced information technology and management technology and build good information sharing mechanism.In addition, there are41figures and4tables in the dissertation.
