Research On Supply-chain's Coordinative Mechanism Based On Competitive And Cooperative Relation

SCM(Supply-chain management) is a whole which puts all the members of the supply-chain together, and it can plan,coordinate,control for all the members'logistic,information flow and capital flow of the whole supply-chain, including effective management for the raw materials,products manufacturing,transportation,distribution and retail, and all the partners paying for the responsibility,risk,sharing benefits, and achieving the most system benefits by the least cost. Many literatures do the research on supply-chain's coordinative mechanism, and the research on supply-chain's coordinative mechanism is a popular research direction at the present. About the research on the mechanism of supply-chain coordination, this dissertation discusses the following things.(1)Do the integrated researching on the cooperative members'business nature and content by using the integrated dynamic pattern of supply-chain cooperation members. It puts forward the principles of the supply-chain enterprises'coordinative mechanism. It does the numerical analyzing for the entrusting-agent pattern and stimulating contract pattern among the supply-chain enterprises, and it uses the Matlab software to do the emulation for the numerical example, and it discusses the system function in the complete information state and the lost of manufacturer's benefits in incomplete information state.(2)It uses examples to verify and compare for some classical supply-chains'benefits-allocation pattern, and it uses Matlab software to emulate for one of the linear-programming functions. It introduces supply-chain's benefit optimizative coefficient-allocation pattern, and it uses the pattern come to the conclusion about the relation among the supply-chain enterprises'benefits-allocation coefficient,contributive coefficient and cost coefficient. And it introduces how to carry out the benefits'allocation of suppy-chain's enterprises.(3)It introduces the position and function of supply-chain contract's signature in SCM. At last, it gives a case which is about CQS. The case is to research on how to come to the coordination mechanism of CQS and its cooperative companions in the no-numerical point of view, and it also researches on how to get the cooperative companions which can coordinate with CQS in the numerical point of view.This dissertation's conclusions are as follows. Doing the research on supply-chain's coordination mechanism is realistic for the competitive and cooperative companions in the supply-chain, and doing the research on supply-chains'coordinative mechanism is actual valuable for putting up the whole supply-chain's efficiency and benefits in numerical and no-numerical point of view, and it is also feasible.
