This paper explores the relationship between modern logistics and regional economy from the perspective of time-spatial economics, aims to realize the coordinative development in modern logistics and regional economy.First, introduction connotation of the development of regional economy in perspective of time and space, the development of regional economy including two aspects: time-spatial saving and time-spatial structure optimization.Secondly introduces characteristics of modern logistics in perspective of time and space. Modern logistics and transportation are especially remarkable in characteristics of time and space. Logistics speed influence the development of regional economy from four aspects about time and space, respectively clocking effect, speed effect, distribution effect and differential effect. Then, Based on time and spatial economics, analyzed the coordinated development between modern logistics and the region economy including the necessity analysis, connotation, related mechanism and external performance, and puts forward the mechanism of modern logistics to regional economy. There are four dynamic mechanisms in modern logistics and the region economy coordinated development based on the time-spatial economics, The first is saving time and space, the second is to reduce the cost of space and time, the third is realizing space and time efficiency, and the fourth is to optimize the structure of time and space. The last part is from time and spatial economic perspective to manage modern logistics, there are four kinds of methods corresponding to the four economic effect, first is time management, including supply chain management and line management, second is Precise time and space configuration, including JIT and seamless cohesion, third is logistics enterprise gathered, forth is regional space structure optimization layout. Through these four aspects to achieve the maximization of time-spatial effect of modern logistics, realize the rational use of time-spatial resource, make logistics and the regional economy coordinated development. |
