Study On The Relationship Between The Urbanization And The Tertiary Industry Interaction Development In Shandong Province

In general, the higher the level of urbanization, the higher the economic development. According to the general laws of economic development, in the initial stage of industrialization, industrialization directly promote the rapid development of urbanization; With the development of industrialization, the tertiary industry is gradually replacing the leading force in the industrialized development of urbanization and upgrading of urbanization will promote the further development of industry. Shandong Province is in the acceleration phase of the urbanization, the proportion of tertiary industry output value of more than one-third. Study both the interaction between the development of relations in Shandong Province has a certain practical significance.This paper analyzes the interactive development of relations of Shandong Province Urbanization and the tertiary industry. First, according to the 2000-2010 average level of urbanization, the 17 cities in Shandong Province is divided into three tier.Three panel data cointegration analysis obtained the long-run equilibrium elasticity, each tier cities in a collection rate of urban household population and per capita GDP of tertiary industry respectively 1.798,1.357 and 2.95. Secondly, based on gray relational analysis method, obtained the relationship of urbanization and the tertiary industry. (1) the second level of the tertiary industry and urbanization in Shandong Province gray relational grade minimum, the description of the modern service industry of Shandong Province to promote the role of urbanization is not obvious. (2) Jinan City, the fourth level of the tertiary industry and urbanization of gray relational grade is quite high, indicating the Jinan municipal government departments, a significant role in promoting the urbanization process in Jinan. Similarly, the first level of the tertiary industry in Qingdao City, a significant role in promoting the process of urbanization. Then, a simple analysis of the role of the mutual constraints exist between the Shandong Province of urbanization and the tertiary industry. Finally, based on the above analysis the conclusion that promote the policy recommendations:According to the different stages of urbanization, select the appropriate model of development; great importance to the tertiary industry, the development of modern service industry; promote further reform of the household registration system; improve the model of development of small towns.
