Study On The Interactive Relationship Between Urbanization And The Tertiary Industry In Anhui Province

High or low level of urbanization is an important symbol to a country or region's economic development level. The experience in the worldwide indicated that, urbanization is developed by industrialization. However when the industrialization go on to a certain stage, the Tertiary industry will become the main driving force to the urbanization instead of the industrialization, in the meantime, the development of urbanization will also influence the development of the Tertiary industry. The urbanization level of Anhui Province is on the stage of accelerating development period. So Study on the interactive relationship between urbanization and the Tertiary industry in Anhui province, it's very important for us to accelerate the process of urbanization and Optimize the structure of Tertiary industry.In this paper, we bring the interactive relationship between urbanization and tertiary industry as the research subject. At first, basis on some relevant historical data from the year 1990 to 2008, Intuitive and clear describe the develop process of the urbanization and tertiary industry in Anhui Province, Presented the character out of the data. Then use co-integration test, regression analysis, Granger inspection measurement methods from time and space to study the interactive relationship between the tertiary industry and urbanization. And result that there is a long-term stable relationship between them and with a significant causal relationship. After that use the gray correlation degree method to calculate the relationship among tertiary sector at all levels with the urbanization, urbanization with the first level of tertiary industry reached the most relevant level, the relevance with the second level of the tertiary industry is weak, the relevance with the third level of the tertiary industry is weakest. Finally some recommendation are put forward on the development of urbanization and the tertiary industry in Anhui province:Implementation of system reform, achieve an orderly transfer of the population and accelerate the development of tertiary industry, optimize the third intra-industry structure, and thus promote the process of urbanization, aiming for healthy and rapid development between urbanization and the tertiary industry.
