Staff belonging to the enterprise is such a situation that the in the premise of approbating their enterprise, employee attribute themselves to their enterprise, produce the positive emotional experience of friendliness, trust and pride, and prove themselves the member of the enterprise through their actual action。At present under the background of people-oriented management way popular, and frequent drought of manufacturing labor, studying enterprise belonging of manufacturing workers is beneficial to Lower turnover rate of manufacturing enterprise and stabilize the labor market.This research mainly selects manufacturing workers from three manufacturing companies in coastal areas of Shandong province, and issues 816 Self-made "enterprise belonging of manufacturing workers questionnaire "and "the staff job satisfaction questionnaire ", investigating the characteristics of enterprise belonging of manufacturing workers and the relationship with job satisfaction. The following is main conclusions:Firstly, Enterprise belonging of manufacturing workers overall locate above the average level. Among them, the male employees was significantly higher than the female employees, unmarried staff was significantly higher than the married employees, employees living in companies was significantly higher than them who don’t live in companies. The origin of family and years of working in the company don’t affect enterprise belonging of manufacturing workers significantly.Secondly, job satisfaction of manufacturing workers overall locate above the average level. The longer the years of working, the higher job satisfaction. The job satisfaction of manufacturing workers from city is lower than them from countryside. Gender, marital status and whether they live in company don’t affect job satisfaction of manufacturing workers significantly.Thirdly, dimensions in enterprise belonging of manufacturing workers relate positively to job satisfaction, and the latter can predict the former. Among them, Leadership dimension and the internal return dimension predict enterprise belonging of manufacturing workers effectively.
