The Study On Coordinative Develpoment Between Economy And Environment Of ShanXi Province

It is time for hunma- being to be faceed with the economicexplosive growth after having industrial and technologicalrevolutions, at the same time, environment pollution anddestruction had began to be into the sight of people. In the middle of20th century, along with the contradiction between the economicgrowth and environmental damage becoming more serious, peoplegradually realized that the relationship between the economy andthe environment should be peaceful coexistence, mutualdevelopment to support the human progress. So the coordinateddevelopment of economy and environment has becomed theinevitable choice of people for insisting on the strategy ofsustainable development. At the beginning of the new century,shanxi provice have faced the hard job of economic restructuringand improving the level of people’s life quality and survivalenvironment of the task.So the coordinated development ofeconomy and environment become the inevitable choice ofdevelopment mode by shanxi provice.This paper focuses on present situation of economical and theenvironmental coordinative development and theoretical foundation, and analysis the present stage of Shanxi Province the developmentconditions of the economy and the environment. On this basis,according to statistics, application related mathematical statisticsmethod and SPSS software, with the aid of coordinateddevelopment model and correlation analysis, this paper has thesystematic analysis in the level of coordinative development adoutshanxi and taiyuan city. Eventually, we got the level of ShanxiProvince’s level of economy and environment harmoniousdevelopment in 2003-2010, and taiyuan city’s leve in 2005-2009, andthe analysis results of correlation on Shanxi Province’s economicgrowth. Meanwhile the paper compared the results between thetaiyuan city in Shanxi Province, and points out correspondingproposals.This paper studies the main conclusions: First, shanxi’s leveleof economy and environment development has been at the steadilyrising in good condition, and taiyuan’s levele of economy andenvironment development is higher than the entire province averagelevel respectively, and earlier to achieve the high qualitycoordination level than the average level of the whole province.Second, in the positivist analysis, per capita GDP growth andenergy production and consumption of coal into typical is linearcorrelation, this shows that shanxi provice still consumes its coalresources for development of its economy. It means that planningresources development reasonably and protecting the naturalenvironment is the key to improve the levele of the economic andenvironment in Shanxi Province. Finally, the paper puts forwardproposals that it can be true to realize the common development of the protection of the environment and economic growth in ShanxiProvince and continue to take the path of sustainable developmentby means of optimizing industrial organization, changing the styleof economic growth, strengthing regional cooperation and arousinggreat public concern and introducing Green GDP.
