Study On Technical Efficiency Of Economic Growth In Shandong Province

In recent years, economic growth is one of the hot topics in academia. However, the mostStudy on the economic growth is from the point of view quantity. Technical Efficiency Studyon the economic growth is from the point of view quality. The technical efficiency level of anarea can affect its economic competitiveness. So it is important to study the economic growthfrom the point of view technical efficiency and gave advice for the way to improve regionaltechnical efficiency.The thesis falls into six parts, the first part is introduction, and others are organizedaccording to the logical sequence from the theoretical explanation to quantitative analyses.First this article analyzes the background and significance, make the topics havepractical significance. The thirdpart is quantitative analyses for Shandong Province. Then it calculate the technical efficiencyof seventeen cities of Shandong Province. On the basis of this, author analyzes the result fromthe view of time and space. The result is:the average technical efficiency in the east is higherthan the west and central. The technical efficiency differences between seventeen citiesillustrate the differences in economic development. So, we should pay attention to thedifferences to achieve coordinated development. A variety of factors can affect technicalefficiency and economic grow, so the forth part analyzes this factors. Then, it calculates factors force and mechanism of action to the technical efficiency. Above this, we can improvetechnical efficiency from this parts. Then give advice to the mode of economic developmentfrom extensive to intensive. On this basis, this article give suggestions to improve technicalefficiency of Shandong Province from reform, human capital, financial innovation andtechnological progress. This factors above are the most important ones affect technicalefficiency of Shandong Province. In order to achieve better and faster economic grow, weshould improve the technical efficiency. The last part is the conclusion and forecast for theeconomic development. We hope that the economic development of Shandong Provinceshould attach importance to the quantity and quality. Changing the way of economic growthby improving the technical efficiency and make path of sustainable development.
