| Economic theory mainly attributed factor inputs and productivity rate level to gap of the regional economic growth, the present when looking forward to the sustainable development of society, pursuit transformation of economic growth mode. Technical efficiency has already become the important index for analysis gap of regional economic growth. Firstly, this paper use DEA model to analyze regional economic growth technical efficiency systematically, to guide the regional economic growth mode transformation under this analysis.At the same time, because of various factors which economic growth, it has important significance about the changes of technical efficiency. Using Tobit model to find affect of technology efficiency, analyzes the factors' mechanism on technical efficiency, we can put forward the measures for the promotion of the regional economic growth technology efficiency, which can provide theoretical support and data for economic growth's mode transformation from extensive to intensive.Firstly, this paper describes the relevant theories of technical efficiency. Technical efficiency is used to measure the ability to gain maximum output (or the minimum cost) of economic units, aid the economy of actual production unit near the front; can well reflect the economic units' efficiency under the condition of the technical As it has a good applicability in the enterprise, the industry and regional level, this article will use it as a measure of the gap between the regional economic growth. The existing literature has analyzed influence factors of TE, which makes foundation for the next research foundation.Secondly, article empirical analyzes the gap of regional economic growth technical efficiency in Provincial level. The first step, article analyzes the relationbetween technical efficiency and economic growth——proved high consistencyinner both theoretically. The second step, this paper describes the measurement method of economic growth technical efficiency (data envelopment analysis model) and the characteristics of its own. The third step, combined with model and related data of provinces, analyzing gap of regional economic growth technical efficiency.Then, the article analyze internal factor which caused our country's economic growth technical efficiency's differences with econometric method Because of technical efficiency value scope in the 0-1, in order to ensure the consistent return results, this paper use the Tobit model. Summed up existing literatures, we find that human capital, foreign direct investment and investment in science and technology, etc, five factors could influence economic growth technical efficiency.We have confirmed these factors according to relevant data, and explain specific influence mechanism about the efficiency technology.Finally, this paper makes research conclusion, and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations the analysis results show that the current level of regional economic growth Technical efficiency is still significant difference, but along with the economic development trend convergence is presented to convergence. In the factors which influence technical efficiency, human capital, investment in science and technology and foreign direct investment have obvious effect; financial factors and t government expenditure are relatively weak. According to this, we should introduce high quality FDI, Keep independent technological innovation, optimize government spending, and strengthen financial market development. |
