China is a large agricultural country, a variety of agricultural output andconsumption ranks is in the front row, the agricultural population takes most of thewhole population. The agriculture of china is big but not strong. It has been along-term that agricultural productivity is in low level ,and the rural area develops veryslow, It’s very difficult to increase the income of farmers, all the problems haverestricted the development of economy and society in the rural area, delayed thewell-off society of pace, hindered our country the whole process of socialistmodernization construction. The problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers inChina has become the problem as reform, opening up and modernization of theglobal major issues, has become a top priority in the work of the Party and State.
