The aim of this thesis is to analyze the Chinese service market and to outline the specific requirements of it to form a hollistic strategy implementation model. This involves two major parts:the requirements for the technical service in general and the requirements of the Chinese culture. The well known strategy implementation model, the Balanced Scorecard, was used to combine them. A case study of the German company DEMAG was then developed according to the previous findings in order to give recommendations for a strategy implementation project in China of a Western company. |
