With the rapid development of the business, companies have been expanding, there are some problems, such as enterprise too large, chaotic management, lack of personnel, etc. Especially corporate strategy can not be effectively achieved, there is no established size of the company's performance management system to adapt, especially in the strategy and performance evaluation of touch LD company, the subject of this paper is also experiencing the same problem. How to learn advanced foreign performance management and technology, a strategic tool that can shaping the competitive advantage of enterprises, to ensure the effective implementation of corporate strategies, this has now become an important subject for seniors.Balanced scorecard can help companies set up as a strategic performance measurement systems-oriented and effective way to strengthen the company's strategic performance appraisal, It could harmonize and balance the long-term and short-term goals, internal and external goals of enterprise and the goals of individual staff and enterprise team as a whole, ensure the effective implementation of the strategy to improve competitiveness.In this paper, the survey method, literature case studies and other research methods, Firstly, through systematical investigation, the major problems that exist in the performance management system of LD after-sales service company are discovered, with the actual situation of the LD after-sales service company, Using performance management theory, goal oriented corporate strategy, to introduce the Balanced Scorecard performance management, established a subsidiary performance management system to enhance service performance management, and adapted to corporate strategic, summed up the implementation for the procedures and safeguards.
