The thought of supply chain management, is the enterprises` competitive core, itintegrates resources of all the nodes enterprises from the whole chain. Under today’s shortageof resource condition, as well as improving supply chain efficiency, supply chain has becomethe core target of sustainable development, in other words, green supply chain management isthe important research object of the supply chain management .Green supply chainmanagement, in the implementation process, becomes a problem that must be solvedimmediately, because its actual system is too big to show its economic benefits throughshort-term experiments. System dynamics is known as“the strategy and decision lab",carrying out the model analysis on the green supply chain management by it is the core issueof this paper.Firstly, based on the analysis of the research meaning and study situation of the greensupply chain management, describe the green supply chain management and system dynamicsbasic knowledge, then propose the research mentality and the overall frame work.Secondly, mainly introduces a simple inventory management system and supply chainmanagement system, using Vensim software to build a simple inventory management systemsimulation model and the simple supply chain management system model, and analysis themodel on simulation.Once again, taking the home appliance manufacturing industry as an example to buildthe dynamic model for green supply chain management system, aiming at its characteristics,the green supply chain management system is mainly divided into three subsystems toanalyze, and focus on the main waste home appliance recycling subsystem as the emphasis.The fifth chapter, combining with TCL group case to analyze the meaning of systemdynamics model function and practical application for the home appliance manufacturing industry, and finally, then give countermeasures for the green supply chain management inimplementation.The purpose of this paper is to apply system dynamics to the green supply chainmanagement, to construct a simple inventory and supply chain system model, and make theanalysis of simulation results. Build the green supply chain system dynamics model, focusingon analysis of waste recycling model, then give countermeasures for the implementation ofgreen supply chain management. Use the green supply chain management of TCL group forverification to make the entire model have the practice significance.
