Inventory management is an important content of supply chain management, which is the important link to realize value-added value chain, playing a vital role in the coordinated development of the supply chain. But in today’s global market environment, customer demand is becoming more and more uncertainty, diversity and dynamic, increasingly shorter product life cycle, enterprises increasingly fierce competition, make the supply chain inventory control, presents the complex dynamic behavior. To some extent, increasing the difficulty of the inventory coordination control. How to realize the coordination of supply chain inventory management is the business operators and researchers issues of common concern. From different research perspectives, using different research methods, will help to enrich the study of the theory of the supply chain inventory control, it can offer better serve practice. It is against this background, this paper studies from the perspective of system, dynamic inventory control under the environment of supply chain dynamics. This paper first introduces the basic knowledge of inventory management, analyzes the inventory management of the main research methods and the application of system dynamics on the applicability of the supply chain inventory problem. Respectively and then analyzed the traditional inventory management system and the behavior patterns of CPFR inventory management system, on the basis of the inventory management model is constructed, using random function model for the simulation analysis, then the structure of the system, delays and irrational three aspects to explain of the dynamic characteristics of the simulation results. Finally through to the volume of the actual case of Puyang city as the background, through the analysis of existing problems, trying to find the specific measures.
