With the steel industry and the overall technological level, the product tends to homogenization, the domestic steel market, competition is mainly reflected in the user of the product quality, sales price, process control, service and other requirements are higher, as a marketing channel supply chain of the most important part, are responsible for providing differentiated products and services to meet the needs of individual users of the task. Competition between iron and steel enterprises, the focus of future competition between enterprises from the competition into the supply chain and supply chain competition.KunSteel Holding is a large iron and steel enterprises in southwest, in the market has some competition. However, with large domestic steel companies, the gap remains large. In the southwest, PanGang Group,Shougang Shuicheng Iron & steel Group, LIUSTEELCO,and other business competition at a disadvantage. KunSteel Holdingl in the marketing channel management, there are still too dependent on distributors, channel conflict and other issues must be resolved. KunSteel Holdingl in order to successfully achieve the 12th Five-year Plan,complete sales tasks, while increasing in the southwest of KunSteel Holding l’s steel market competitiveness, we must improve the marketing channels.In this paper, the theory of knowledge of marketing channels to learn and sort based on the analysis of advanced iron and steel enterprise marketing channel mode, summed up the experience is worth learning from. Focus on the status of marketing channels of KunSteel Holding, the use of SWOT marketing tools to KunSteel Holding channels were analyzed to identify the KunSteel Holding’s sales channel management problems that exist, while main rival KunSteel Holding’s marketing channels discussed. Finally, KunSteel Holding’s sales channels for the problems that the marketing channels of the design ideas, put forward specific measures of marketing channel management.
