The Research On Development And Layout Of Chongqing Industrial Park

Industrial Park is the effective form and important carrier to develop modern industry and high-tech industries in many countries and regions. Since reform and opening up, in the every region of China, industrial park are rapidly developing, which not only provides a new development model for China’s industrial economy but also brings new vigor and vitality to China’s economic development. In the process of the formation and development, Industrial Park itself gains a great economic benefit through the inside industrial concentration. At the same time, it also speeds up regional industrialization and urbanization and optimizes the local industrial structure, Moreover, industrial park provides a platform for the regional innovation and the upgrade of industrial structure.Chongqing is one of the six major old industrial bases. Chongqing become the directly governed city region, Due to the national policies and funding support, economic, Chongqing, as the directly governed city region, has developed rapidly in every aspect such as economy, society and culture. Now Chongqing has been recognized as the growth pole in West China and the economic centre of the above Yangtze River. How to make these become true? The key is whether industrial economy (the main power of economic development of Chongqing) can play a leading role in the overall economy in the future development. At the same time, as the experimental area for national urban-rural comprehensive reform package, Chongqing provides a lot of significant references for balancing urban and rural development by accelerating the industrialization process and rural urbanization process. The research on the layout of industrial park has strong practical significance, there are four reasons as follow:firstly benefiting the upgrade of industrial structure of Chongqing; secondly promoting the process of urbanization thirdly speeding up the pace of balancing urban and rural development, fourthly strengthening its role and status of growth pole in the West.The theme of this article is Chongqing industrial park. This article summed up the formation and development of industrial park in Chongqing, analyzed the layout characteristics and problems, and presented the ways and practical measures of layout adjustment.This article is divided into five chapters. Chapter I is an introduction, which briefly explains the research background, the research significance, the main content and research methods. Also in this chapter, it conducts a summary on related literature review, and it presents the possible innovative points and inadequacies of this article. ChapterⅡfirstly defines some related concepts about industrial park, then reviews the history of industrial park development, next deals with the influence of industrial park on regional and urban economic development, and finally concludes the relevant theory for the following empirical analysis. Chapter III mainly conducts some research on industrial park development and distribution of Chongqing. Firstly it briefly introduces the economy and industry of Chongqing, then analyzes the current situation and features of industrial park development and layout in Chongqing, and finally discusses the major problems and causes of current industrial park layout. By comparing the industrial parks of Shanghai and Chengdu and carrying out some case analysis, Chapter IV presents the fundamental principles which readjustment of industrial park in Chongqing should be followed. Chapter V puts forward some countermeasures of readjustment of industrial park layout in Chongqing. Through the analysis of related factors which affect the layout of industrial park in Chongqing, author proposes personal recognization of readjustment of industrial park layout and finally raises some countermeasures and solutions.
