Study On The Harbor Industrial Layout Of Nantong Coastal Park In Perspective Of Industrial Transfer

For decades, accompanied by a series of profound and severe social and economic system restructuring, Chinese society is undergoing a profound change in social transformation from a traditional model to a modern one. However, in the development of urbanization in the long term, related industry failed to fully release development potential.Under the above background, Domestic academic circles and the related parties are focused on large-scale industrial transfer phenomenon in our country, trying to use the related industry development theory to study and discuss on our country’s industry layout of practice. In China, many areas rely on certain industrial development conditions and location advantages to conduct a lot of industry layout practices, on the contrary promoting the sustainable development of a lot of theoretical research. This study selected in Nantong Coastal Park as the research object, the region is the representative node of Flying Geese Model in Yangtze river delta. Based on the influential factors of the regional industry layout and planning practice analysis research, the author tries to provide a certain amount of beneficial references and thoughts for coastal areas and harbor industry space layout.This thesis follows the ’raising analyzing and solving problem’s problem oriented logical thought, analyzes the inner structure and mode of Yangtze river delta’s regional industry transformation in the space dimension, and discusses the development process of the port city’s harbor industry space layout in the time dimension. This article tries to induct actual route of industrial space near harbor industry space layout from the aspect of industrial economy and spatial planning level, to conduct logical combing and strategic analysis at industrial introduction, spatial arrangement and program planning of Nantong Coastal Park from ’ideal’ and ’actual’. Finally, based on the internal theory of harbor industry space layout and implement mechanism, conclusions of argument were put forward.
