| With the development of the market economy, enterprise groups grow fastly and become a common orgnization style, and they also encounter with many problems. Inadaptation to the finaicial management system is one of the vital reasons of low efficiency of the enterprise groups development. With an example of KD group, this paper analyses the problems of enterprise goups and recommends decent suggestions for these problems.KD group is a state-owned enterprise and estabished as an enterprise group in 2002 which managed under modern enterpsise system. In a planned economy, KD group is an operating unit of the national economy without searching the market. But with the development of the economy, the country took reform in electricity industry, the market of survey and investigation for hydroengineering was partitioned. Under this circumstance, this industry must change their opinions and search for new profitable areas. Afer the eatablisment of KD group, the comprehensive competitive capability is greater and entering into more area such as station investment and international project etc. But the problem of finaicial management system beocmes more prominent. Obviously, the orginal finaicial system is out of date and hinders the development of enterprise group. So discussing the finacial management designing system is of vital importance.一、Research ObjectiveIn brief, the objectives are:(1) analyzing the current situation of the investigation for hydroengineering industry and the finacial management system of KD group, we want to find the main problems with KD group and make some suggestions for scientific management.(2) analyzing the finaicial design system of KD group, we make a clear partition of responsibility, right and benefit of KD group and give some recommendations for fiancial control system.(3) make some reference for frims which want to develop in the direction of diversification and collectizing.二、Research ContentThis paper is divided into 7 parts:Part 1:the introduction, and this chapter introduce the research background, objective, thread and expected contribution.Part 2:the theoretical fundamentals of financial management system for enterprise group. This chapter introduce the theories for interprise group and financial management system of enterpeise group. It emphasizes the meaning of fiancial management system, main content, main model and influencial factors. It also lays foundations for futher analysis for the current situation and re-design of KD group’s financial management system.Part 3:the current financial management system situation of KD group. This chapter analyzes the basic conditions, corporate governance structure and points out the problems.Par 4:the thread and assumptions for constructing financial management system of KD group which aim at the problems of financial management system of KD group. It analyzes it from 3 parts---objective, principle and thread.Part 5:the exploration for the construction of financial management system of KD group. According to the current situation of KD group, this chapter puts forward the concentrated model of financial management system of KD group, and analysz the feasibility, current fundamentals and practical points. It also analyzes deeply with regard to the construction of the financial management system of KD.Part 6:establishing a sound financial controlling system of KD group. According to the theories and current situations of KD group, this chapter puts forward the financial controlling system of KD group with the guidline of group financial management system theory. It mainly discuss the establishment of scientific financial desision system and financial controlling system.Part 7:the conclusions and drawbacks.三、main contributions(1) the author puts forward a sound systematic construction forfinancial management for the better development of KD group. (2)The author puts forward a concentrated financial management model and correspondent financial controlling system. So it can be used as a reference for similar enterprise. |
