The Research Of Estimating The Value Of Commercial Bank

The finance industry plays the crucial role in the national economy. The banking industry is the core of the modern finance, as an important component of the integrative national power, having quite important status and function. As more and more commercial banks became listed companies, the banking sector is attracting more and more attention.The reform and development of the securities market of China is advancing rapidly and the proportion of the institutional investors is continuously increasing, which promotes the securities investment to gradually become rationalized. The investors have paid more and more attention to the investment concept focusing on the investment value analysis of the listed companies. In this paper, the basic situation of the system of the Bank of construction is analyzed to profoundly discuss the potential value of the company.This paper evaluates the value of CCB through the results of the financial forecast, and then basing the analysis of the commercial bank industry, this paper introduces the basic situation of the industry and the risks and challenges faced by the industry. After that, this paper analyses the financial ratios of CCB from horizontal and vertical trend using CAMEL model. From the financial analysis, the main problems of CCB are concluded. In the end, facing to the current problems of CCB, this paper brings some advices of reform to CCB.
