In western companies, training has been the key factor to improve the competitiveness of enterprises effective human resources management. With China’s reform and opening up, staff training has increasingly become the first service in the hotel industry, and it improves the competition and extends the potential of enterprise management. Nowadays, training has been a great impact on hotel management.Now many hotels are beginning to learn the advanced international management experience, and most of them have begun to standardize the training of staff. However, there are still many problems in this field, the most important of which is without a comprehensive training management system. Therefore, it’s urgent to establish a multi-grade training system, which can be helpful for the hotel real strategy and business service objectives.The author has been engaged in Chengdu Population Hotel for 8 years, finding that it plays a weak role in pre-market competition. Chengdu Population Hotel is also gradually adapted to market changes, to participate in the competition. However, hotel staff training in it is still in a relatively backward state. In this paper, the hotel staff training population is set as an example, combining hotel features, proposed to increase the training efficiency and effectiveness of countermeasures to improve the training and training on how to establish effective management mechanism, by which to improve their internal management and improve training effectiveness.The paper is composed by six parts. The first part is an introduction, describing the purpose and significance of the full text, content and methods of text to be a general description. The second part is to introduce domestic and foreign-related theories, which are read after the training of employees on the theoretical research results and practical development.The third part is a comparative analysis of domestic and international hotel employee training, which states excellent hotel staff with reference to domestic and international approach to training, and experience to draw on a comprehensive comparison.The fourth part is the practice of the Chengdu Population Hotel staff training, and highlights the work of its current status as well as problems to provide the basis for the design of training programs.The fifth part is the population of hotel staff training program design and the sixth part is the conclusion.This paper contends three main ideas.Firstly, an excellent staff team is very important to achieve business objectives, and it can be established by training.Secondly, the training of human resources management, front-end, should be incentive, hotels and cultural development, career management and training in combination.Thirdly, to establish effective training for training management and evaluation mechanisms.There are three main innovative points of the paper.First, this paper is based on reality, which can help to build different levels of the employee training system feasibly.Second, the author directly involved in the management of the hotel population has been 8 years, and accumulated practical experience in operation. Hotels can be combined with the actual situation of population research and training.Third, the method is more novel. Training and related systems from the innovation, to ensure the population a good hotel operation staff training system.The paper still has some shortcomings.This paper to the hotel to the training practice in the use of relevant content, the current can be obtained, the use of books and documents is not particularly rich, and strong practice in this paper, need to get a lot of empirical evidence, this article studies the lack of depth; Another effort, it was not a lot of training to master the basic national conditions-star hotel, this article failed to Chengdu population hotel in problems one by one well studied.
