The Critical Thinking On The Rural Tourism Development With The Urban-rural Integration Of Chengdu

October 12,2003, Chengdu was officially launched to promote the integration of urban and rural. June 7,2007, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the《National Development and Reform Commission approved the establishment of Chongqing and Chengdu, the national comprehensive reform pilot urban and rural areas》, which became urban and rural Chengdu comprehensive reform pilot area. Promoting the process of urbanization in Chengdu, the rural tourism which has its "body" in the rural areas, pushing farmers as the main operating characters, gets strong development. However, the problem in development of rural tourism hasn’t been fully resolved. Therefore, for these issues and propose, the solutions are imperative.The article firstly analyzes the interaction between urban and rural integration and the development of rural tourism, explaining the integration process’s impact on the rural tourism development in the urban and rural areas, with the depth of the work, especially about the new opportunities and new ideas. In addition, the article analyzes the pushing effect with development of rural tourism, on urban and rural financing in rural areas, the promotion of rural industrial structure adjustment, the solution of employment of farmers,the increasment in their benefit and the promotion of the exchange of urban and rural areas such as facilitating role. Describing the interaction between the two complement each other.The paper further analyzes the current situation of the development of rural tourism in Chengdu. Describing the development of rural’tourism in Chengdu currently has a good foundation in the continuous improvement stage, having certain characteristics in development and operation, and the after-disaster reconstruction promotes its large development.after that,the paper promote the current problems in development of rural tourism in Chengdu, such as the uneven development, retail development and operation of the main use of capital and skilled personnel shortage and lack of product innovation. Through the analysis of these issues, putting forward relevant measures to solve these problems. The paper focuses on 5 aspects, namely the further improvement of rural tourism infrastructure, the co-ordinate development and regional integration, the increasing efforts to attract capital investment to change the situation of farmers retail investment management, the attention to talent introduction,the staff training for the consumer market demand, and the introduction of new products such as five rural tourism Aspects of a detailed exposition.
