Kunming Urban And Rural Integrated Development Level Of Study

The integration of urban and rural areas is the primary problem in the development strategy of all countries. With the urban-rural division and vast territory of our country, China has the largest farmer population in the world, and has the most disparity of regional development. Based on the analysis of the concept and connotation of the urban-rural integration and the successful mode at home and abroad, an empirical analysis was conducted on the status quo of urban and rural integration aspects from industrialization stage, urban-rural elements configuration and changes of Kunming city. Then according to the previous studies and combining with concrete conditions, the paper selected 22 indicators to measure the development level of, dividing the index into five categories:economic alignment, social life, alignment, environment, alignment, used related theories and methods to endowed different weights of each index, and build integrated evaluation model of urban-rural integration of Kunming.Then, we obtained evaluation score of Kunming urban-rural development levels, got a preliminary judgment of the stage of urban-rural integration of Kunming, and factors impedes the development process and the development direction of urban and rural integration of Kunming. Finally, based on the earlier chapters, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of Kunming urban-rural integration.
