Research On The Application Situation And Improving Countermeasures Of 5S Management In AO Company

The basic pattern of the international economy has quietly changed witheconomic globalization, information and networking continuing to develop deeply. Itis both an opportunity and a challenge for Chinese economy after joining the WTO.Compared with advanced foreign large companies, the majority of Chineseenterprises in the management of facing backward and the gap, companies oftenfocus only on short-term benefits, ignoring the long-term interests of the enterprise.Strengthening the 5S management is a key management approach to improveproductivity, reduce costs, and establish a sustainable competitive advantage. China’senterprises in advancing the process of modernization of business management, whilealso carried out 5S management try and accumulated some experience to improve the5S management, but compared to the 5S level of management of most enterpriseswith foreign advanced enterprises there is still a large gap between the needs to beimproved.AO Company is a high-tech enterprise researching and producing light,mechanical, electrical integration equipment. AO Company has formulated andexecuted 5S management since 2006, and has achieved a certain effect, but there aresome problems and areas for improvement. This paper precedes research on AOCompany to analyse the application situation of 5S management to identify theproblems in the 5S management process, to explore the reason for the existence of theproblem and propose a targeted program of improvements and countermeasures, toprovide guidance for the company in-depth implementation of the 5S management.At present, AO Company is in the stage of the reform and development, and sitemanagement is the base of company management. This paper precedes research onthe application situation and improving countermeasures of 5S management in AOCompany to promote the implement of 5S management in AO Company in future. The topics of this paper are to practically solve the real problem in the 5Smanagement, guiding conclusions right on 5S management in the actual work ofuniversal significance. Therefore, this paper has a strong practical significance.
