The Study Of The Modern Service Industry Development Status And The Countermeasures In Shaanxi Province

With the speeding up of the optimization of industry structure in China, themodern service industry has become the main direction in the development of regionaleconomy. Make sure the modern service industry development status and thecountermeasures in Shaanxi Province, which is the presupposition and basis toimprove economic power.Based on the domestic and foreign researches, this paper thoroughly studied themodern service industry development status in Shaanxi province, and finally advancesthe corresponding counter-measures. first, this paper study on the regional structure ofservice industry in Shaanxi Province. Base on the establishment of index system, thispaper analysis quantitatively the development of modern service industry in ShaanxiProvince using factor analysis, results of a medium level of development of modernservice industry in Shaanxi Province. On this condition, this paper takes ShaanxiProvince city as the study object, quantitative measurement for the gap level of modernservice industry, draw a large gap between the modern service industry areas inShaanxi Province, and the trends of overall level is increasing, there is an unbalancedon regional development. Secondly, this paper study on the industry structure of themodern service industry development status in Shaanxi province, through an analysisof industrial structure of modern service industry in Shaanxi province based onDynamic Shift-Share Method, results of the industry structure superiority is notobvious, and the competitive power ability is weak as a whole. Finally, according tothe study results on regional structure and industry structure of modern service industry,combined with the actual development and related policies of the modern serviceindustry in Shaanxi Province, this paper proposes pragmatic strategies for the adjustment of modern service industry in Shaanxi Province from the aspects ofregional structure and industry structure.This paper not only provides a theoretical framework for modern service industry,but also provides reliable basis on developing effective countermeasures of modernservice industry in Shaanxi Province. It has important theory guiding meaning andrealism meaning for speeding up development of modern service in Shaanxi Provinceand Accelerating the optimization of the industrial structure.
