Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Software Sevice Outsourcing Enterprises Industrial Clusters Cooperation Innovation In Zhengjiang

In recent years, with the development of economy, China’s software serviceoutsourcing enterprises keep growing by a high rate. At present, the number of domesticenterprises specializing in service outsourcing have reached nearly20,000, and thesedomestic enterprises have formed the distribution pattern of "three clusters" and "east-west"symmetry. The software service outsourcing industry cluster is different from the generalindustrial cluster, enterprises in cluster getting together because of the informationtechnology. Because of the intense competition in current society, it have been the mostimportant task for enterprises to improve the core competitiveness and to make enterprisethe leading position in the same business field. Enhancing the enterprise’s innovation ability,especially enhancing the cooperation innovation ability between enterprises has become theimportant source of improving software service outsourcing enterprise’s competitiveness.This paper first elaborates relevant theories of service outsourcing industry clustercooperation innovation, especially focuses on the relevant theories of industrial cluster andrelevant patterns of enterprises cooperation innovation. Then this paper uses the SWOTanalysis method to analyze zhenjiang software service outsourcing cluster’s current situationand development advantages and disadvantages. Based on this, the paper makes a gamemodel to analyze the earnings of three innovation models: self-dependent innovation,imitate innovation and cooperation innovation, and the research result shows thatcooperative innovation is most beneficial to the development of software serviceoutsourcing industrial cluster. Then, the research data was obtained through questionnairesurvey; the key factors affecting cooperation innovation of enterprises in software serviceoutsourcing industry cluster were dissected in depth; the impact factor regression model wasset up by using SPSS. Through analysis this paper finds that human capital, enterprisetechnology environment have strong impact to cooperation innovation of enterprise; At last,this paper proposes some policy suggestions to strengthen cooperation innovation ofrelevant enterprises in Zhenjiang software service outsourcing enterprises’ cluster, in orderto promote the development of zhenjiang software service outsourcing enterprises and toimprove the competitiveness of these enterprises.
